Mmm...?

There are so many wonderful foods and recipes available to the urban eater that regularly make me think "mmm!" in the yummy sense. But there are also issues of food ethics, safety, availability and more that make me think "mmm" in the Marge Simpson frustration sense. Hence, Mmm... Brooklyn: things that are both delicious and how to make them, and things that are frustrating and how we might change them. Plus I just think it's catchy.
